Server Assistant (Seasonal Full-Time) — Dismal River Club (Mullen, NE)

We’re hiring a Server Assistant to support our dining room team and help deliver smooth, polished service from the moment a member arrives to the moment they leave. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in details, and shows up ready to work hard for the team. What You’ll Do
As a Server Assistant, you’ll be a key part of the service flow. Responsibilities include: Greet and seat guests efficiently and professionally Fill and maintain water glasses throughout service Set tables and maintain a clean, guest-ready dining room Bus and wipe tables quickly and thoroughly between seatings Run food from the kitchen to the dining room accurately and efficiently Communicate clearly with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to keep service moving Keep service stations stocked (water, glassware, linens, silverware, etc.) What We’re Looking For
Team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Hard worker who takes initiative and moves with urgency Ability to stay calm and organized during busy meal periods Friendly, professional demeanor with strong communication skills At least 1 year of restaurant or hospitality experience required Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and walk for the duration of your shift Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40 pounds Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Compensation & Perks
$7- $9/hr + tip-out One meal provided per shift Seasonal perks and a work setting you won’t find anywhere else Location & Housing
