The Monona County Assessor's Office is accepting applications for a Field Appraiser.
Applications are currently being accepted for a full-time field data collection/appraiser position. Primary duties of this position are to discover, list and value residential and agricultural properties throughout the county. Must be able to work outdoors in all types of weather in order to inspect and measure buildings. Experience is assessment, appraisal, or building trades is preferred along with proficient computer skills. A valid driver's license and state mandated insurance coverage are required.
Qualified applicants must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
