Service group and individual Life & Health insurance accounts Process enrollments, renewals, changes, and carrier communications Market renewals and negotiate with carriers Maintain accurate client records and benefit summaries Support producers with benefit plan design and renewal strategy Respond promptly to client and carrier inquiries What We’re Looking For
Prior benefits or insurance account management experience Experience with
BenefitPoint, AMS360, ImageRight
