Asheville Community Program is a transitional living community for people whose lives are impeded by mental health challenges.
Location Asheville, NC
Schedule
40 hours per week
Wednesday – Saturday schedule
Requires a minimum of 3 overnight‑asleep shifts per two‑week period
Two overnight shifts one week and one overnight shift the alternating week

Responsibilities
Assist the residents in meeting their goals and oversee all aspects of community living
Support residents with meal prep, grocery shopping, chores, medication management, host outings/events, and mediate conflicts
Complete weekly notes, email, & complete routine paperwork in a timely manner
Active participation in Community Program meetings
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree or equivalent life experience
At least 21 years or older, a valid driver’s license, with an acceptable driving record to be on our company car insurance
