You will work collaboratively with other teams ensuring commissions are posted timely and accurately in CRM.This is a supporting role. Your goal is to work with other HUB team members, to ensure that exceptional service and accurate information is provided to Plan Sponsors and Plan Members.**What you will bring to the role –****Experience & Education**:* Minimum grade 12 education or equivalent.* 2 or more years of experience within an administrative, finance or accounting role preferred.* Good working knowledge of finance and accounting would be an asset.* Experience in Data Analytics, Analyst required.* Completion of Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting considered an asset.**Skills & Abilities:*** Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to identify and correct errors.* Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office.* Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks under strict deadlines and competing priorities.* Curious, problem-solver with a strong ability to follow clues and see complex situations through to resolution.* Strong written and verbal communication skills.* Ability to work independently and in a team environment.* Highly motivated with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.* An exceptional, welcoming, and inclusive company culture.* Excellent compensation, benefits, RRSP match, referral incentives, and company perks.* Work flexibility.* Paid educational training and vast learning opportunities.* Room for advancement and growth within the organization.* Paid day off for your birthday – we want to celebrate you!***Our Vision:*** To be everywhere risk exists – today and tomorrow.
