For this U.S. based position, the expected base salary is $160,722 - $178,000 per year. Additional short-term incentive compensation is a typical part of our compensation structure and would be in addition to the above-stated range.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric USA, Inc. seeks a Sr. Business Finance Controller – Global Marketing in Boston, MA.

Job Description Perform monthly follow up and analysis of actual data versus forecast and plan to meet the targets on c.$100m Global budget. Define KPIs and provide business case support and challenge for marketing investments, ensuring coherence with global and regional strategy using an end-to-end analysis of marketing performance. Help business partner keep an efficient practice and prioritize investments in the scope. Support the quarterly business review process for the scope to be presented to EVP SE Global Marketing. Escalate risks and opportunities to the Global Marketing Business Finance VP (10% time). Audit and implement procedures and data management that have been deployed across Global Functions. Remote eligible up to 3 dys/wk.

Requirements Position requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Finance, International Relations, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-bachelor’s experience in controlling for a matrixed multi-national corporation, or related occupation, including at least some experience in the following skills:

Experience in global costs controlling and performance controlling environment in a global organization;

Auditing and process improvement in finance and in business;

Navigating both financial and marketing operational performance and recommending actions for improvement;

Good knowledge of financial systems (SAP).
