
Job Summary
The User Experience Design Senior Advisor within the AI Center of Enablement (AI CoE) leads the design of human‑centered, intuitive, and trustworthy experiences that drive the successful adoption of enterprise AI capabilities. This role ensures AI solutions are usable, transparent, accessible, and grounded in real user needs—enabling teams across the enterprise to effectively adopt, scale, and realize value from AI.
The Senior Advisor partners closely with product, program, data science, engineering, and business leaders to embed UX best practices throughout the AI enablement lifecycle and to elevate experience quality across shared AI platforms and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Define and lead UX strategy for AI‑enabled tools, platforms, and enterprise solutions
Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, intuitive user journeys, workflows, wireframes, and prototypes
Design experiences that foster trust, explainability, and responsible use of AI
Partner with Product Owners and Program Managers to shape AI use cases and enablement approaches
Plan, conduct, and synthesize user research, usability testing, and accessibility reviews
Establish and promote UX standards, patterns, and guidelines for AI experiences
Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure high‑quality, consistent design implementation
Support adoption, training, and change initiatives through thoughtful experience design
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of experience in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, or Service Design
Strong portfolio demonstrating end‑to‑end UX design for complex, digital, or data‑driven products
Experience designing for AI, analytics, or decision‑support solutions
Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting AI enablement platforms or shared enterprise services
Familiarity with Responsible AI principles and ethical design practices
Experience working within regulated industries or large‑scale enterprise environments
Exposure to Agile and product‑led delivery models
Key Skills

UX research, usability testing, and insight synthesis
Journey mapping and service design
Accessibility, inclusive design, and design systems
Cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder partnerships
