Construction Superintendent

Site Leadership:
Oversee all daily field operations, ensuring projects are built according to plans, specifications, and our high standards of quality. Schedule Management:
aggressive ownership of the project schedule. Coordinate subcontractor sequencing, material deliveries, and inspections to ensure on-time delivery. Quality Control:
Enforce strict quality standards. Because our projects often feature unique architectural details and high-end finishes, an eye for detail is non-negotiable. Safety Compliance:
Champion a safety-first culture. maintain strict adherence to OSHA guidelines and company safety protocols. Collaboration:
Serve as the primary field liaison between the Project Manager, design team, and client. Facilitate on-site solutions to design or constructability issues. Documentation:
Maintain accurate daily logs, progress photos, and as-built drawings using construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam). The Ideal Candidate
Experience:
5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction. Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding of commercial building systems, structural concrete/steel, and high-end interior finishes. Communication:
Ability to communicate effectively with everyone from general laborers to high-profile business owners and architects. Tech Savvy:
Proficiency with construction technology (Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam/PDF editors) is required. Problem Solver:
A proactive approach to unforeseen site conditions—common in renovation and urban infill work.
