
We are looking for a seasoned Senior HR Generalist to join our fast-paced, remote-first organization. With a workforce distributed across various U.S. states and an expanding international presence, we need an adaptable HR professional who excels in a virtual landscape.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days of onsite collaboration at our Westwood office and two days of remote work.
Compensation & Work Details
Salary: $40 - $45 per hour
Shift: First
Work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
Education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
Regional HR Leadership:
Act as the lead HR contact for remote staff across multiple states, providing expert guidance on local, state, and federal labor regulations.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Manage all stages of the employee journey, including onboarding, benefits oversight, performance reviews, employee relations, and offboarding.
Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain strict adherence to multi-state employment laws and internal corporate policies.
Culture & Partnership:
Work closely with management to resolve personnel issues and foster a thriving, positive culture within our remote-first environment.
Global Mobility & Immigration:
Coordinate documentation for international hires, managing work visa applications (H-1B, L-1, O-1, etc.) and supporting global expansion efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with payroll, legal departments, and third-party vendors to streamline international employment workflows.
Strategic HR Programming:
Support the creation and rollout of HR initiatives designed to boost employee engagement and meet company goals.
Data Integrity:
Manage HRIS records to ensure compliance and accuracy for both domestic and global staff.
