Asset Management Associate - Power Private Equity

We are partnering with a private equity firm looking to add an Associate to their Asset Management team in Charlotte. The role is execution-oriented and analytical, with a strong focus on renewable and thermal power generation assets. You would work within a collaborative, high performing team on financial modeling, asset performance analysis, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
About the Role:
Support the management of renewable and thermal power generation assets
Maintain and manage financial models used for valuation, forecasting, and sensitivity analysis
Assist with project financings, refinancings, amendments, and dispositions
Review project-level financial statements, operating reports, and annual budgets
Required Experience:
3-5 years of relevant within the energy or infrastructure finance
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be in the Charlotte Metropolitan Area or willing to relocate
Bachelor's Degree
