Our client, a growing manufacturing organization near Naperville, is seeking a Pricing Analyst to support cost analysis, margin optimization, and data-driven pricing strategies. This temp-to-hire position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys using analytics to influence business decisions. Key Responsibilities

Analyze pricing data, including competitor pricing, market behavior, and historical trends, to recommend optimal pricing strategies. Review production costs, operational expenses, and profit margins to support pricing decisions. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product teams to gather insights and align pricing strategies with business goals. Build and maintain pricing models, dashboards, and reporting tools to support ongoing decision-making. Conduct scenario analysis to assess the financial impact of pricing changes. Monitor pricing performance and identify opportunities for margin improvement or strategic adjustments. Support the implementation of new pricing strategies, including documentation and communication across teams. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related field. 2+ years of pricing, financial analysis, data analytics, or business analysis experience (manufacturing experience a plus). Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Solid understanding of market trends, price elasticity, and cost structures. Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations. Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Pay: $28 - $35 /hr
