Responsible for providing an industry leading client service experience both in person and on the phone through the development and expansion of new and existing client relationships. Provide financial solutions that meet client needs based on consultative conversations and referrals to other business partners for additional business growth opportunities. Cross trained to perform required teller duties as needed. Exercise advanced proficiency with routine client maintenance requests, problem resolution and advanced sales functions regarding deposit, credit, convenience and other product and service lines. Contribute to meeting or exceeding client service as well as individual and branch sales targets by offering products and services with a focus on developing, expanding and retaining relationships. Support team sales process by conducting consultative conversations and referring more complex client needs or financial goals to other internal specialists. Participate in all components of the established Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership Routines. Advance knowledge of sales techniques and product knowledge by attending meetings, training classes and web-based learning; advise on consumer lending options and take loan applications. Adhere to internal controls, operational procedures and risk management policies; stay informed of policy changes to ensure compliance. Engage clients with courteous service during transactions and help them navigate the branch; share responsibility for greeting clients and uncovering needs. Qualifications
Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent education 2 years of client sales and service experience Experience with sourcing and prospecting for new clients and client relationship building Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office) Must be SAFE (Mortgage Licensing Act) compliant within 30 days of employment, including NMLS background check and ongoing regulatory requirements Ability to multi-task under time constraints Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs; include temporary assignments or locale changes Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights Preferred Qualifications: Associates degree or higher Ability to handle multiple priorities under time constraints Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional demeanor with high service quality Experience selling deposit, credit and retirement products to consumers and small business clients Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals General understanding of bank operations, policies and procedures Salary and Benefits

The annual base salary for this position is $45,760-$56,000. Additional incentive pay is available. Senior Relationship Banker:
