Responsibilities

Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data

Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally

Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision

Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction

Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements

Lead generation

Sales scripts mastery

Qualifications

Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language

Independent and self motivated

Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities

Some sense of marketing and advertising practices

Real estate license is required

Sales experience

Must live within daily driving distance of the office

Compensation $160,000+ per year
