This position is a four month temporary residency with the potential to go full‑time immediately following, in July 2026. Position Overview Are you a creative team player with a strong understanding of event production and brand marketing? Join our dynamic team at VaynerX, working directly with Vayner's Marketing Team led by our Chief Marketing Officer. This hands‑on role offers unparalleled exposure across the VaynerX ecosystem for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments and excels at bringing brand experiences to life. If you're highly organized, can juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and have experience working with vendors and production partners, this position is your launchpad to make an immediate impact while developing valuable skills in one of the industry's most innovative companies.
Responsibilities
Coordinate event production logistics including vendor management, timeline development, and on‑site execution
Design and build engaging event splash pages and manage the full RSVP lifecycle from invitations to waitlist management
Create and maintain visually compelling event calendars for both internal teams and external audiences
Collaborate closely with social media teams to ensure cohesive event promotion across all platforms
Draft professional event communications including vendor correspondence, invitation emails, confirmations, and follow‑ups
Liaise with external vendors and partners to ensure seamless event delivery and brand alignment
Monitor and maintain designated email inboxes with prompt, appropriate responses and routing
Develop post‑event gallery pages with a strong design sensibility to showcase event highlights
Curate and organize event media assets (photos, videos) for promotional use and archival purposes
Support the VaynerX CMO, Director of Marketing and Events, and marketing team with various strategic initiatives, decks, and event planning
Manage comprehensive tracking systems to measure event success and engagement
Requirements
Event Production Knowledge: Understanding of event planning fundamentals, vendor management, production timelines, and on‑site coordination
Exceptional Organization & Multi‑Tasking: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail and competing deadlines
Outstanding Written & Verbal Communication: Professional communication skills for vendor negotiations, internal stakeholder updates, event correspondence, and cross‑team collaboration
Creative Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to contribute ideas, support teammates, and work effectively across departments
Brand & Marketing Savvy: Strong understanding of brand positioning, marketing strategy, and how events drive business objectives
Vendor Relationship Management: Experience coordinating with external partners including venues, caterers, production companies, and other event service providers
Self‑Starter with Strong Initiative: Demonstrates a high level of motivation and ownership, proactively identifying opportunities and taking action
Dependable & Accountable: Known for reliability and follow‑through; consistently delivers quality work and supports team goals with integrity
Adaptable & Flexible: Thrives in changing environments and is comfortable pivoting between multiple work streams, adjusting to shifting priorities and updates
Technologically Proficient: Experienced in Google Suite, Canva, and emerging AI tools to streamline workflows, enhance creative output, and increase efficiency

Marketing Passion: Deep interest in marketing with strong knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a hybrid role with a required 2-3 days on‑site from our NYC or Miami office.
You must be able to commit to a full‑time work schedule, which is 40 hours per week during 9am‑6pm ET business hours Monday‑Friday.
