As a
Foundation Representative , you’ll meet with homeowners to diagnose structural or waterproofing issues and design long-term solutions that restore their peace of mind. You don’t need to be an engineer — you need to be a great listener, problem solver, and trusted partner. Key Responsibilities Meet homeowners in pre-set appointments with admin support Inspect and evaluate foundation, crawlspace, or concrete conditions Educate homeowners on repair solutions and financing options Develop clear, professional proposals using company software Follow up on open opportunities and maintain strong customer communication Work closely with operations and installation teams to ensure smooth handoffs Represent Lux Foundation Solutions with honesty, empathy, and professionalism Who You Are

$100,000 – $200,000+ per year (average range based on performance) Base pay during training Uncapped earnings

Typically 8–10 hour days 3–4 field days per week, 1 office/admin day typical Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays as needed/ customer opportunity driven) Work Location
