Job Details / Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise concrete carpenter crews on daily tasks, ensuring efficient and high‑quality execution
Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to guide formwork setup and concrete placement
Oversee the preparation, assembly, installation, and bracing of concrete forms (wood, plywood, Symons, etc.)
Coordinate material estimates, tool/equipment needs, and crew assignments to meet project timelines and budgets
Ensure proper layout, measurements, and grade setting using tools like laser levels and transits
Monitor concrete pouring, finishing, and curing processes for compliance with standards
Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols and conducting regular site checks
Inspect work for quality, resolve issues on‑site, and report progress to project management
Train and mentor team members on best practices in concrete carpentry and formwork
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Concrete Carpenter or Foreman with at least 5+ years in reinforced concrete construction
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience managing crews of 3–10 workers
Strong knowledge of concrete form building, steel reinforcement, grade setting, and finishing techniques
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Commitment to safety standards and OSHA regulations
