Driver’s Village continues to grow and we are seeking a customer-service-oriented Automotive Call Center Representative to join our successful team. If you like working with people – even if you have no automotive experience – this career is for you!
Pay range: $16 per hour
Job Description
Answer a high volume of calls related to sales, service and other related inquiries
Receive inbound calls and make outbound customer service calls
Provide information to customers inquiring about various sales or services
Maintains call center database by entering and verifying information; updating contact log
Schedule appointments throughout the dealership
Requirements
Outstanding people skills
Phone skills/verbal communication
Product knowledge
Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment
Strong verbal and communication skills
Have reliable transportation
