The B2B Marketing Project Manager is responsible for driving flawless execution of retail and dealer marketing programs across key partners. This role ensures cross-functional alignment, timeline discipline, and operational consistency across displays, and shop-in-shop initiatives. Acting as a central coordinator between Sales, B2B Marketing, Product, Creative, and external partners, the Project Manager keeps projects on time, on budget, and on strategy. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-project environment and enjoys turning complex, cross-functional workflows into predictable, repeatable processes.

CORE FUNCTIONS

Manage the end-to-end execution of B2B retail marketing programs, including launches, resets, and shop-in-shop rollouts.

Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring alignment with Sales, Retail Marketing, Creative, Operations, and external vendors.

Facilitate weekly/bi-weekly cross-functional status meetings and track action items through completion.

Anticipate risks, elevate issues early, and drive resolutions to keep programs on track.

Communicate updates and progress to key stakeholders regularly.

Translate retailer‑specific requirements into clear, deliverable, and repeatable project plans and timelines.

Standardize workflows for retail programs—assets, approvals, production, shipment, installation, promotions.

Drive continuous improvement to reduce bottlenecks, improve accuracy, and speed up execution.

Manage and track budgeting, invoicing, for retail programs, shop-in-shop build, and adhere to budgetary constraints.

Provide program reporting, including status updates, completion tracking, and post-launch follow-ups.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Education and Experience

3+ years of program/project management experience, ideally in retail marketing, consumer goods, automotive aftermarket, or B2B environments.

Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong cross-functional coordination skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset

Required Licenses

PMP certification preferred

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position is subject to Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involved sitting most of the time. Walking and standing are required only occasionally.

Working Conditions While performing the duties of this job, the employee is subject to inside and outside environmental conditions; while usually protected from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes, there will be times of exposure to outdoor weather conditions and temperature change. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate; the noise level at events may be loud.
