We're looking for an Outbound Sales person. The right candidate will have experience in the following areas:
Make outbound follow‑up calls to existing customers via telephone and email to cross‑sell, upsell and schedule pending estimates.
Call potential customers that are generated by external lead sources.
Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities.
Answer new and existing customers' questions and send additional information per email.
Keep up with product and service information and updates.
Maintain accurate records of contacts, accounts, and appointments.
Maintain corporate database by entering new customer data and updating changes to existing accounts.
Overcome objections of prospective customers.
Close sales and achieve sales targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree Preferred, High School Diploma or GED Required.
Solution‑oriented mindset to successfully close customer sales.
Proven track record of over‑achieving related to business key performance indicators (KPIs).
Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to handle phone calls successfully and display active listening skills.
Familiar with computer functionality.
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities.
Flexible schedule, must be able to work weekends.
Team‑oriented.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Possess higher level thinking skills, ability to follow a set process; strategic thinker mindset.
Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check.
