The base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $222,000. The position may be eligible for a role specific discretionary bonus, relocation, and/or other compensation elements. We continuously review market data and may adjust salary ranges as needed in the future. The Associate Director, Creative Lead is a trusted partner and the Creative Solutions point of contact leading creative strategy and execution across a designated Therapeutic Area. The role collaborates closely with brand marketing teams to develop compelling, compliant, and impactful creative that supports our mission to improve patient outcomes. The incumbent advocates for and implements efficient, cost‑effective in‑house solutions, driving consistency and innovation across a variety of creative channels such as print, digital, video, events etc. Additionally, this role requires a strong understanding of the therapeutic area strategy and key messages. The AD, Creative Lead is expected to manage proactive communication, effective time management, the ability to manage short and long‑term projects, shifting business priorities and strong business accountability are critical to success.
This role is based on‑site at our Ridgefield, CT location with hybrid flexibility of 2‑3 days per week on‑site.
Duties & Responsibilities
In close collaboration with the Brand Teams, proposes innovative creative solutions that deliver high value at a competitive cost, lead creative development to support their campaigns and promotions and the execution of their current brand plans.
Responsible for producing promotional content that consistently meets the requirements of the brand‑supplied creative brief.
Responsible for determining when work should be produced either by themselves or in‑house agency partners to satisfy business needs and budgets.
Leads the implementation and optimization of cross‑channel marketing programs.
Oversees contractors or external vendors in the execution of all creative deliverables, ensuring quality, timeliness and cost efficiency.
Provides clear direction and feedback, guiding resources regarding brand nuances.
Accountable for flagging projects that fall out of scope either delaying delivery or driving up cost, collaborates with vendor and Director to resolve successfully.
Promotes the Creative Solutions group through frequent road shows, sharing most recent examples of work and key case studies.
Confidently pitches the group’s services and collaborates with internal and external partners to help answer new requests that fall outside of standard tactics.

Exceeds marketing and business objectives via impeccable communication, relationship management, responsiveness, attitude and flexibility.
Cultivates and maintains deep Brand knowledge.
Provides excellent customer service (internal, external)—taking the “extra step” needed to ensure business success.
Proactively provides innovative solutions that increase overall effectiveness in alignment with the Brand business objectives.
Able to review and provide creative direction on creative work produced by external partners on behalf of assigned Therapeutic Area/brands.
Supports annual business planning process, advising on tactics that might come in house, and proposing new tactics or campaigns.
Communicates strategic direction to internal and external partners to ensure alignment.

Proposes inventive approaches to solving complex marketing problems.
