Job Description
Account Manager: Minimum of 2 years of experience selling SAP SuccessFactors HCM solutionsand/or quota-carrying HR SaaS sales experience
Senior Account Manager: Minimum experience typically falls within a 7 to 10+ year range selling SAP SuccessFactors HCM and/or quota-carrying HR SaaS sales experience. Qualification for this role is determined by a documented track record of consistently exceeding quota, not tenure alone.
Experience selling Payroll Services (Treasury management, Payments, Taxes, Garnishments) and/or Benefit Administration Services preferred
Experience with cloud software sales and license management
Experience selling to HR and Finance leaders (CHROs, HR Directors, CFOs) strongly preferred
Compensation
On-Target Earnings: $225,000 – $300,000 (base + commissions), based on level of role,experience and performance
In rare cases, compensation outside this range may be considered
