Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Muscatine, IA, for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing client communications, maintaining accurate records, preparing proposals and presentations, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves tracking sales leads, generating reports, and assisting with order processing and scheduling as needed.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills for collaborating with clients and internal teams.
Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM systems.
Experience in customer service or sales coordination is preferred.
