We are seeking a parts counter person for our RV Dealership. All you need is one year of parts experience to change your career path for the better. We need a reliable, professional parts counterperson to issue parts within our busy dealership.

Job Responsibilities

Identify parts needs and accurately create or modify purchase orders for the appropriate vendors.

Process special order parts in the dealership system and notify the appropriate advisor, technician, or customer upon receipt.

Verify and process invoices by comparing them to purchase orders, ensuring correct quality, quantity, and pricing.

Track, document, and manage warranty returns, outside purchases, and parts received or issued.

Maintain accurate parts inventory through regular organization and ongoing cycle counts.

Participate in weekly department meetings and collaborate with the team to ensure efficient parts operations.

Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling orders and inventory

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks

Good communication skills

Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn dealership systems

Dependable, punctual, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on efficiency and customer service

Requirements Education and Experience

Previous RV or auto parts store experience required

Computer and phone proficiency preferred

High school diploma or GED required
