JOB SUMMARY:
The Executive Director coordinates and directs the overall daily operations of our
Assisted Living/Memory Care
facility. This role includes a heavy focus on residents' needs, government regulations, and Sapphire Health Services policies and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adhereto and implement operational and administrative policies and procedures
Oversite of all departments
The Executive Director will partner with nursing to achieve census expectations
Assist in the development of the fiscal budget, providing training to department heads as needed
Grow and establish a passionate team of clinical, office and leadership employees
Maintain an open-door policy and a high level of ongoing communication with residents and families
Direct the hiring, training, evaluation of all facility personnel
Other Duties as Assigned
REQUIREMENTS: Executive Director/Assisted Living Administrator License in the State of practice.
