BDC Administrator/Customer Service Representative
to join our growing team. If you enjoy helping people, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and have strong communication skills, we want to hear from you! This role is critical to our dealership’s success. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, creating a positive experience while generating and managing sales and service appointments. Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to inbound sales and service inquiries (phone, email, text, and internet leads) Schedule and confirm appointments for sales and service departments Follow up with prospective customers and unsold opportunities Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure smooth customer handoffs Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals Deliver exceptional customer service at every touchpoint Qualifications
Previous BDC, call center, dealership, or customer service experience preferred Strong phone and communication skills Professional, friendly, and positive attitude Comfortable working with CRM systems and basic computer applications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus We offer the best‑in‑class industry benefits:
