Experienced & Licensed Agent - $22 to $26 per hour
SUMMARY Are you a friendly, detail-oriented person who enjoys helping others? DBI Agency is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our community-focused team. In this role, you’ll support clients with their home, auto, and personal insurance needs, making sure they have a smooth, positive experience every step of the way.
No insurance background? No problem! DBI Agency will provide hands‑on training, licensing support, and all the tools you need to succeed in the insurance industry.
EXPECTATIONS AND DUTIES
Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in‑person to answer questions and provide assistance
Provide quotes for home, auto, and renter’s insurance and explain options in clear, simple terms
Help update policies, process renewals, and keep client records accurate and organized
Assist clients with filing claims and guide them through next steps
Review client coverage and share recommendations to make sure their needs are met
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Friendly, patient, and service-oriented personality
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfort with learning new systems and working with multiple carriers
Ability to balance customer service, compliance, and risk considerations
Previous insurance experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate
