
Schrock Business is launching a new Sales Manager position to lead our B2B sales efforts and build a high-performing team from the ground up. This is a strategic management role for someone ready to shape sales culture, drive growth, and create lasting client relationships across our Nebraska and Iowa markets.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute sales strategies focused on lead generation, client retention, and market expansion
Manage outreach, track pipeline, and analyze engagement trends utilizing a CRM
Conduct client meetings, close deals, and ensure smooth handoffs to service teams
Collaborate across departments to align offerings with client needs
Represent Schrock at industry events and client meetings
Report on sales performance with actionable insights
Establish and lead a new sales team, setting clear goals and coaching for success
What Success Looks Like:
Grow new business and maintain client retention
Lead with clarity and responsiveness, earning trust from clients and staff
Use CRM data to guide decisions and adapt strategy
Build a sales team that is rooted in accountability, collaboration, and results
What You’ll Get:
Competitive base salary at $75,000 annually, plus team override commission and performance bonuses

What We’re Looking For:
3-5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in tech or service-based industries
2+ years of experience leading or mentoring sales professionals
Strong understanding of sales, CRM tools, and pipeline management
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to travel within NE & IA markets
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
