
We are looking for sales representative with focus on sales to Automotive Tier 1 and OEAM customers, along with other areas such as Aftermarket, Industrial, agriculture, and Military/Government.
We are looking for individuals with sales experience and an understanding of the following:
Automotive processes (RMA, Corrective Action, APQP)
Customer requirements – recognize, acquire, and process with CFT
RFQ/Quote procedures – demonstrate capability to create quote from RFQ
Customer Portals – gain access to and show capability to maneuver within customer portals where required.
Acting as liaison between customer and internal Vast team members.
Coordinate and drive actions with CFT on quote opportunities.Demonstrate ability to manage quote process from obtaining RFQ to providing quotes, to receiving award.
Develop and track key account metrics
Monitor and analyze customer needs and feedback of our products and services.
Participate in forming strategic areas of focus for new business development with Op Board and Engineering
Execute strategic areas of focus by seeking out prospective customers and opportunities
Report outcomes of strategic initiatives to Op board
Qualifications:
8+ years in relative sales/account management roles
Organized self-starter with strong sense of ambitions, self-motivation, and self-discipline
Background in sales of electronic assemblies
Ability to work both independently and in team settings
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Critical thinking
Strong proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet skills (MS Office Applications)
Comfortable working under pressure in multi-faceted, fast paced environment
Ability to continuously improve through feedback from others
