What You’ll Do
Meet with prospective clients in the field to present Summit Financial solutions
Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track activity, and follow up consistently
Build strong, trust‑based relationships with customers
Learn and apply proven sales strategies through ongoing coaching
Work independently while being supported by a collaborative team

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Coachable mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and disciplined
Comfortable working in a field sales environment
Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we train the right people
Training & Support
Excellent training program

Compensation & Benefits
Average Pay Range: $80,000 – $125,000
