Indiana, Kentucky & Missouri . The ideal candidate will also develop and maintain a strong and trusting rapport with new customers who may be unfamiliar with the client's products and services. The ideal candidate will expand the client's presence in new markets. Duties and responsibilities:- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services. Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, or credit terms. Quote prices, credit terms, or other bid specifications. Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations. Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements. Maintain customer records, using automated systems. Communicate clearly with engineering to ensure accurate proposal to project delivery materials and quantities. Experience, education, skills and abilities:- 2-4 years of related Sales experience, specifically rebar, concrete, or concrete-related products, required. 2-4 years of Customer Service experience. Concrete subcontracting, PM, project engineering, or concrete superintendent experience, a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail oriented and thorough. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Time-management and multitasking skills required. Good communication & Organizational skills required. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints.
