The Role Local Sales Coordinator – full‑time, hybrid, based in our New York office.
Reports to the VP of Regional Sales and supports national account executives with the daily sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Supports Account Executives & VP of Sales with daily sales tasks.
Works directly with clients, ad‑agency personnel, and vendors to secure contracts, directives, and creatives on a daily basis.
Collaborates with internal JCDecaux departments to facilitate the sales process and make timely decisions on ad programs for all mall and street furniture products.
Answers and researches client requests under the direction of the sales executive.
Reviews space availability for clients and follows up with proposals and detail grids.
Tracks due dates and ensures timely completion of all parties.
Accompanies clients/agencies on product tours and “sells” benefits of the properties prior to commitment.
Forwards creative information for approval after receipt of PDFs.
Sends reminder emails to agencies/clients about upcoming programs.
Updates and revises memos, letters, and forms (contract, media kit, etc.).
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree desirable but not required.
Ability to work in fast‑paced and demanding environments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem‑solving ability in high‑pressure situations.
Proactive, team player.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Additional Information Base Salary Range: $51,000 – $55,000 (Disclosed as required by the New York City Pay Transparency Law, 11‑1‑2022).
