The District Manager, Home Infusion & Specialty Pharmacy Sales will manage all sales activities in a specified territory by growing top line revenues in relation with strategic plan and sales goals. Duties include the development and implementation of an annual territory strategic plan, quarterly activity-based sales objectives, and monthly achievement of net revenue goals.
Responsibilities
Qualify revenue potential and payor mix in new and existing accounts. Complete all sales reports and expense reports on a timely basis and submit to supervisor Make a minimum of 10 to 12 quality sales calls per week with key decision-makers. Maximize utilization of executed contracts by calling on case management, utilization review, managed care organization executives, provider networks (hospitals, physicians). Identify new program and new business opportunities for the company Participate in sales training programs Assess and report competitive sales activities; assist in developing and implementing competitive sales strategies. Give high priority to client satisfaction and customer needs. Maintain confidentiality of information. Take initiative to present ideas/suggestions to management utilizing proactive problem-solving approach. Utilize CRM to develop and implement an organized account profile on all key accounts. Performs in accordance with system-wide competencies/behaviors. Performs other duties as assigned. Educational and Knowledge
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent health care experience required. 3 years outside sales experience with a proven track record preferred. Experience with customer service and new business development is required. Ability to effectively sell a service. Preferred
LPN Home Infusion/Specialty Pharmacy experience If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan.
