
The Printing House is a lifestyle-driven, story-rich property inspired by Nashville’s historic printing heritage. Every stay leaves an impression and our Sales Manager plays a vital role in writing that story through finding and securing revenue, along with other sales functions. As a lifestyle brand leader, the Sales Manager will enthusiastically work with clients and promote the stay experience in a way that aligns with the hotel’s printing history identity, unique rooftop activations, and entertainment-driven Nashville market presence.
This position reports directly to the Director of Sales.
Key Responsibilities
Maximize revenue by selling all facets of the hotel, both orally and in written form Cultivate and book business from existing and new accounts in through sales calls, telemarketing, sales trips, internet prospecting, and personal contact Participate in sales blitzes, trade shows, fam trips and community organizations to increase recognition within the industry. Assist in development and preparation of special mailing, promotions etc. to enhance hotel business. Property Positioning & Guest Relations
Conduct site inspections and tours Send out property critiques to recently departed groups to solicit feedback & rebook Complete VIP gift baskets and welcome gifts as needed Research & Trend Analysis
Conduct competitive surveys of other hotels Assess and forecast trends Review end of month LNR & Group tracking reports, SOB Variance and Final Pace Reports for the month Data & Reporting
Complete and E-Mail Weekly Sales Summary as needed/directed Prepare and submit all weekly and monthly sales reports as required. Assist in the preparation of the marketing plan as required. Update Marketing Plan with Previous Month’s final Pace and SOB Reports. Review packages sold on brand website ensure items for packages are available for GSAs Qualifications
Minimum 3 years hotel experience required Hilton brand experience strongly preferred Experience in the Nashville market highly desirable Strong negotiation and presentation skills Proficiency in OnQ, and Microsoft Office Job Type
