Bel Promo is seeking a motivated Strategic Sales Executive to support the continued growth of our Strategic Sales organization. This role manages a defined portfolio of smaller national and regional accounts, driving sales execution, building customer relationships, and supporting key initiatives under the guidance of a Strategic Sales Manager. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and eager to develop into future strategic sales leadership.
Essential Functions

Manage a portfolio of small to mid-size strategic accounts, providing product expertise and tailored recommendations. Drive daily customer engagement, presenting selling ideas, pricing strategies, and promotional opportunities. Follow up on quotes, high-value orders, and merchandising needs to support revenue growth. Collaborate with Customer Service, Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution and excellent customer experiences. Document activities in CRM, analyze customer trends, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders. Represent BEL Promo at regional events, trade shows, and customer visits as needed. Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in a field sales role, demonstrating a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in the promotional products industry is highly preferred. Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time, including occasional overnight travel, based on business needs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
