This apprenticeship combines off-the-job training with on-the-job learning, and you will be supported at every step of the way. Our apprentices obtain a nationally recognised qualification upon successful completion of the programme.
The Role To serve and issue stock to both internal & external customers ensuring the parts department standards are met.
To receive, correctly identify and warehouse incoming stock and to advise management if stock is low.
Ensuring best practice housekeeping standards are maintained for both stores and retail section of the Parts Department.
Ensuring promotions and practices produced by Parts Management are promoted when speaking to customers.
To participate in the annual formal stock check.
The Training Qualification: Level 2 Customer Service
Apprentices receive their off-the-job training at the state-of-the-art Manufacturer's Training Centre. This guarantees consistent training across the UK and enables our apprentices to study the most up-to-date products and technology. During the course, the training is conducted in both workshops and classroom settings.
Applicants must possess the following GCSEs grades 4 or above in English, Maths and two other subjects (or equivalent qualifications)

Ability to operate well under pressure
