
The Home Loan Specialist is an entry level role supporting various Channels. As the Home Loan Specialist, you will act as a key contributor to facilitate efficient and effective processes that support business and customer service objectives.
Responsibilities
Perform routine data entry and validation tasks
Initiate third party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
Review and validate loan documents
Handle routine calls, emails and/or chat responses
Monitor work queues and intervening as needed
Perform other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values
Skills & Qualifications
Mortgage experience preferred
If not mortgage experience, bachelor degree with financial services experience
Candidates with strong office experience / tenure in financial services will also be considered
Experience Level: Entry Level
Job Type: Contract to Hire – Position based out of Saint Louis, MO.
Pay & Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
