What You’ll Do
Serve as the “first touch” voice of Emberhaven, answering inbound inquiries with warmth, professionalism, and clarity.
Make outbound calls to prospective families and referral sources, following up on leads, voicemails, and inquiries.
Qualify prospects by asking key questions, explaining our services, and identifying their needs.
Effectively communicate the value of Emberhaven and guide families toward scheduling an assessment.
Maintain a detailed record of leads, call outcomes, and next steps in our CRM system.
Coordinate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth handoffs once a family is ready to move forward.
Meet and exceed performance goals related to outreach, response times, and scheduled assessments.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in sales, intake, or customer-facing roles (healthcare, education preferred).
Strong phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to handle objections and follow through consistently.
Comfortable using AdvancedMD (CRM) or other intake tracking tools.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
