
Property Manager - Lifestyle and RV Community

Admiral Communities is hiring a motivated, detail-oriented Property Manager to lead day-to-day operations at our Mobile Home & RV Park in Hot Springs, Arkansas. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working directly with residents, keeping the property running smoothly, and driving occupancy and collections. You’ll work independently on-site with strong support and guidance from your Regional Manager.
What You’ll Do:
Collect rent and home payments; follow up on delinquencies.
Enforce community rules and ensure compliance with Federal Fair Housing laws.
Issue late notices and violation notices; manage evictions when required.
Market, advertise, and show available homes, lots, and RV spaces.
Manage all move-ins and move-outs (paperwork, inspections, keys, deposits).
Walk vacant homes/lots with Maintenance, create punch lists, and track readiness.
Coordinate property upkeep and vendor/maintenance scheduling.
Respond to resident needs professionally and promptly to maintain satisfaction.
Communicate regularly with your Regional Manager on performance, issues, and priorities.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of property management, leasing, or community management experience (preferred).
Strong customer service mindset and confident, professional communication.
Organized, reliable, and detail-focused—you stay ahead of deadlines and issues.
Comfortable working independently with remote leadership support.
Tech-savvy; experience with property management software a plus (Rent Manager preferred).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Must pass a background check.
