We're seeking a Technical Animator to join an innovative team working on advanced technology. This role combines industrial design expertise with technical animation capabilities to create and validate next‑generation hardware solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product design efforts from concept to execution, creating both physical and virtual prototypes
MoCap data cleanup and processing including skeleton retargeting and FBX export pipelines
VR performance optimization and real‑time skeleton validation
Design and animate complex mechanical systems with accurate physics and real‑world constraints
Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams including engineers, researchers, and product managers
Create interactive simulations to test and validate design concepts before physical production
Develop and maintain project schedules in a fast‑paced environment
Guide teams through user‑centered design processes
Present technical solutions to stakeholders through visual demonstrations
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of Design/Innovation, research & development, manufacturing, process, industrial engineering, or related experience
Experience in management of engineering design projects
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Engineering (any domain) or foreign equivalent, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
Knowledge of concepts like system architecture, optimization, system dynamics, system analysis, statistical analysis, reliability analysis, and decision making
Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems and high‑speed manufacturing
Experience with design‑in‑safety
Experience with process design based on Lean Principles

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
