Candidate will report to, be assigned work by, and send all requests for approvals to our client's Outreach Account Manager under utility programs. Candidate will provide direct outreach services via Outreach Specialists who will raise awareness and foster participation in our client's Building Decarbonization Program by scheduling and meeting with key accounts, Service Providers, and program stakeholders regularly. The Outreach Specialist will answer inquiries from potential program applicants and contractors about the program. Candidate will develop an outreach schedule quarterly, or as requested to deliver their upcoming outreach strategies and tactics to target and engage applicants. All strategies and tactics, meetings, communications, and outreach efforts must be documented and leverage close collaboration with partners. Candidate shall identify, recruit, and provide training programs to Service Providers performing work on behalf of the Commercial & Industrial Programs. Training requirements shall be continually monitored to ensure that standards are being met, and changes are being implemented. Candidate is responsible for maintaining and saving all photos from events, and attendance records. The Outreach Specialist is responsible for maintaining and/or increasing the participation in the Building Decarbonization Program to support the program goals. To ensure that the Outreach Specialist is on track to exceed their established program goals, our client will track and report performance on a monthly basis in terms of the energy savings contribution to program goals by utilizing reports. The Outreach Specialist is responsible for tracking their key account project development activities and ensuring the data updated on a weekly basis by week’s end in the program’s system of record. Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in relevant fields (i.e. engineering, environmental science, business, or similar) Experience in energy efficiency or building performance, especially around decarbonization, preferred Customer facing or account management roles Sales program coordinator or technical support in energy/climate sectors Understanding of building decarbonization strategies (i.e. energy efficiency, electrification, HVAC systems) Familiarity with energy efficiency programs, or utility incentives Skills and Capabilities

Project management and coordination Excellent communication written and verbal and stakeholder engagement Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Proactive outreach and engagement tactics Pay

$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Willingness to travel
