Cardiac/Surgical Solutions Sales Leader (f/m/d) UK-CER-SCAN – Home-office
Gore Medical is looking for a Medical Sales Leader (f/m/d) UK, Germany and Scandinavia, to join the Cardiac Business Group in EMEA. The candidate (f/m/d) should drive success of the EMEA Cardiac business through subject matter expertise as well as deep regional Cardiac & General Surgery market and customer understanding.
This is a remote position, and you can work from home in most locations within UK and Germany.
Responsibilities
Work through ambiguity and complexity while demonstrating passion to continually drive improvement opportunities in the organization
Identifying the necessary people skills, industry best practices, and systems / tools needed to optimize our sales operations team
Building and developing a capable sales team and aligns resources appropriately
Partnering with Sales Leadership to develop enablement programs that drive revenue growth, account penetration, and customer acquisition
Proactively monitoring and measuring levels quality, accuracy, and process consistency in our sales team organization to ensure excellence
Partnering with EMEA Cardiac &Surgical Solutions Sales Leadership to create efficient and effective sales territories
Contributing as a member of the Cardiac & Surgical Solutions Core Leadership Team
Effectively leading the sales team in delivering value to the sales organization
Maintain compliance with training expectations as required for this position
As a member of an International team, being comfortable liaising across Europe and globally
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years' experience in successfully leading Medical Device Teams in the Cardiac/Surgical business
Proven leadership skills, ability to drive and lead transformational change including coaching and performance management
Proven track record of successful revenue sales results achieved through your leadership
Drive business planning and budgeting to ensure optimal use of regional resources and profitable growth
Strategic thinker with a long-term view
Strong negotiation and influencing capability
Proven relationship builder with a natural and convincing communication style
Strong written and verbal communication in German and English
High ethical standards and respect of compliance
Ability to travel overnight (up to 75%)
Desired Qualifications
Experience in leading people across different portfolios and geographies/cultures
Interventional Cardiology Sales background
A previous experience in Abdominal wall Reconstruction
