Three maverick farmers started it all — and we’ve been making our own way ever since. Ocean Spray Cranberries is looking for a Sales Analyst to join our team! You will play a crucial role in driving operational efficiency and effective data management within the sales department.

Your focus will be on optimizing sales processes, analyzing sales data, and ensuring sales system maintenance. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to align sales needs with overall company objectives.

A Day in the Life...

Assist in the monthly settlement of broker commissions in S/4. Extract and manipulate reporting via S/4 apps, Balance reports to S/4 settlements, and supply reports to brokers.

Review & verify data provided for Weekly Communication such as, sku discontinuation letters and new item launch decks.

Communication to Field Sales via Weekly Communication e‑mail and the Sales Current of price list, sku discontinuation letters, new item launch decks, spec sheet, etc.

Assist in organizing and facilitate National Sales Meeting planning and execution, including pre/post surveys, budget tracking, and partnering with the Event Planning team in coordination with Sales SVP and SS&C Sr. Director.

Coordinate and manage sales samples through DOT and CFS.

Create and update product specification sheets using, It's Rapid and Salsify in collaboration with Data Sync contact

Update the various channel price lists.

Manage and organize files on the Sales Current. Price lists, Product specs.

Assist in managing Retail spins data (i.e. C&S, Downey, KVAT) and DOTS foodservice monthly volume adjustment in S4.

Assist with Sales Operation responsibilities on product recalls.

Collaborate with Data Governance to improve/maintain Product Master Data accuracy. Work with all teams affected by customer realignments and reorgs.

Assist in new vendor set‑ups or vendor maintenance in coordination with Accounting and Procurement teams

Assist in managing the Broker Commission and Bottle Bill reporting in SAP to include writing reference guides, training and processing documentation.

Assist in managing the Sales Admin Budget to include reforecast and posting of actual expenses.

Support 3rd party sites such as Nielsen, Salsify, Syndigo, and ItsRapid.

Maintain Customer Compliance data ex., Repositrak system for plant audits.

Act as liaison with sales, customer and legal regarding Certificate of Insurance.

Update and review daily / monthly reporting in SAC, assist in creating and managing a Sales dashboard, and identify and communicate trends to appropriate individuals with recommendations. Provide ad‑hoc reports as needed.

Exercise considerable latitude in determining work objectives and solving problems independently.

What We Are Looking For:

Bachelor’s Degree in related field

Excel experience/Microsoft Suite

2-4 years of experience in a Sales‑related setting

Experience influencing the design of processes / programs / projects

Sets priorities independently with some input from manager / higher level

Solves moderately complex problems in area of expertise

Education:

Bachelor's or University Degree (Required)

Work Experience:

At least 3 Years of Experience

Annual Salary:

$59,700 - $82,060

The base salary range information above serves as a guideline of the position’s typical hiring range.
