We’re seeking a high-performing Account Manager to provide brokerage support to a team of top-producing brokers. The role requires someone who can hit the ground running with hands‑on experience supporting commercial real estate professionals and an understanding of brokerage at a high level.

This position offers the unique opportunity to participate in deals, and earn commissions in addition to your base salary.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise across brokerage support functions including marketing execution, listing management, transaction coordination, client communication, and deal documentation, and hold a real estate salesperson license in the State of Texas (or be eager to obtain one within the first 6 months).

What You’ll Do Participate in deal execution and provide high-level administrative and marketing support to a team of commercial real estate brokers, including proposals, presentations, and client communications. Coordinate the preparation, design, and distribution of property marketing materials within brand standards. Act as a liaison between brokers, marketing, and research teams to ensure timely completion of property information packages. Prepare client‑specific property packages, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and maintain team calendars. Process broker commission and related documentation. Update and maintain databases, generate standard and ad‑hoc reports, and assist with listing and representation agreements. Manage advertising schedules and placements in collaboration with the marketing team.

What You’ll Bring 3+ years of experience in a brokerage support role within commercial real estate industry. Texas Real Estate Salesperson license or desire to become licensed within the first 6 months. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat). Strong command of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Accuracy with financial calculations, including percentages, discounts, and commissions. Understanding of key financial and real estate concepts. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail. Professionalism, initiative, and adaptability in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
