In 2026, DH Pace is celebrating its 100th anniversary in business. DH Pace Company Inc. seeks a District Commercial Sales Representative for the Milwaukee, Wisconsin team. This role specializes in building relationships and selling commercial doors and related door products. If you have a strong aptitude for business development, please apply. Responsibilities

Meet with decision makers to influence the purchase of our line of commercial doors and related door products and services. Communicate with customers to develop sales opportunities and solve problems in a consultative manner. Cultivate sales within commercial and industrial buildings owners/managers, hospitals, colleges, K-12 institutions, and municipalities in a territory covering Southern Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards. Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals. Meet with existing and prospective customers, assess needs, and sell technical and mechanical goods and services. Develop the scope of work for each proposal and manage details from initial call to closing the sale. Follow up quickly to close customer projects and participate in project management when necessary. Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system daily. Other duties as assigned. Requirements

Minimum two (2) years outside sales experience. Ability for technical applications and mechanical systems. Experience with blueprints/plans and specs is highly desired. Outgoing personality with a natural affinity for taking care of customers. Valid Driver’s License. Other duties as assigned. Our benefit offerings include
