The company operates a processing facility out of Delaware, serving a wide range of clients throughout in the dynamic Northeast Corridor and New York City Metropolitan Area.
Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The role includes managing and developing client relationships, identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, and leading regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities also include market analysis, achieving sales targets, and acquiring new business through dynamic revenue growth. Flexibility for remote work is available, with day-to-day sales performed in the field; however, weekly in‑person presence is required for specific tasks and team engagement.
Compensation and Benefits
Base Salary: $50,000 – $80,000, depending on experience (OTE $150k – $200k)
Commission: 3% Uncapped on sales, with accelerators for exceptional performance.

$150,000 – 200,000 USD per year (Hybrid (New York, US))
Qualifications
Experience in sales management, client relationship building, and revenue generation
Proficiency in market analysis, and strategic planning
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Familiarity with the seafood or food manufacturing industry is a big plus
Ability to adapt in a hybrid work environment and manage time efficiently
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
