What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Achieve assigned territory sales goals by driving prescription growth and service adoption across various drug therapies

Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, infusion centers, and health systems

Educate providers on specialty pharmacy programs, access solutions, and therapy-specific workflows

Develop strategic account plans using market insights to manage territory growth

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely onboarding and patient support

What is Required (Qualifications)

Residence in Florida is required

Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience, preferably in healthcare or specialty markets

Experience calling on physicians or advanced practice providers in a specialty therapy environment

Strong understanding of managed care, specialty pharmacy operations, and reimbursement processes

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, or a related field

Experience in Immune Deficiencies, Allergy, Asthma & Immunology markets

Experience working with PBM and/or specialty pharmacy providers
