As an
Account Manager
at our headquarters in
Minneapolis MN , you will be a primary point of contact for designated clients, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining the highest standards of service and execution. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to contribute to the success of advertising campaigns, while driving client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
Project Management : Oversee the execution of ad campaigns and lead the internal team to ensure all deliverables are met.
Client Relationship Management : Serve as a primary liaison between clients and internal teams, building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships. Understand client goals and business objectives, and ensure campaigns align with these goals.
Client Communication : Lead regular client meetings, providing updates on project progress, timelines, and results. Present ideas, concepts, and reports clearly and confidently.
Campaign Strategy and Development : Work with creative, strategy, and media teams to develop integrated advertising campaigns that meet client objectives. Provide input on creative briefs, strategy, and media plans to ensure they are aligned with client expectations.
Reporting and Analytics : Track and report on campaign performance. Provide clients with regular updates and actionable insights on campaign results, using data to inform future strategies. Understand GA4 and be able to make recommendations to align settings with agreed‑upon KPIs.
Billing Management : Professionally resolve client billing issues or concerns.
Problem Solving : Address client concerns promptly and professionally, finding creative solutions to challenges that arise during campaign execution.
Collaboration : Work closely with creative, digital, media, and production teams to ensure smooth collaboration and successful campaign execution. Advocate for the client while also maintaining the agency's standards and objectives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Minimum of 1 year of professional experience.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both digital and in‑person.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is preferred.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage competing demands.
Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.
Compensation Range The hourly compensation range for this position is $25.96 to $28.85.
Compensation for the role will depend on several factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
