
About the Role:
We are a full‑service direct response advertising and marketing agency seeking an experienced
Account Executive / Project Manager
to manage multiple high‑level client accounts in a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
This is an on‑site position. Candidates must live in Middle Tennessee.
What You’ll Do
Lead projects from creative brief through execution and strategic evaluation
Participate in creative brainstorming and campaign strategy development
Assign and manage internal teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met
Oversee production, including obtaining print quotes and developing media plans
Manage vendors and negotiate costs for large‑scale budgets
Maintain proactive, clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders
Ensure flawless execution through strong organization and attention to detail ✅
What You Bring
5+ years of agency experience
as an Account Executive managing multiple high‑level accounts
Proven understanding of direct response marketing platforms (direct mail, digital, DRTV)
Strong project management and multitasking skills
Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities
Event planning experience is a plus
A genuine passion for marketing and client success
