Outside Sales Representative
Mobile Store | Territory-Base | Commission Only
Location: Newburgh, NY (Home-Base Office)
Schedule: Monday–Friday (Typically 7:00 AM–11:00 AM servicing accounts; extended hours early on to build book)
Compensation: 100% Commission + Temporary Monthly Stipend
Overview Our client is seeking a driven, relationship-oriented outside sales representative to operate a mobile store and manage a defined territory. This is a commission-only opportunity with uncapped earning potential, supported by a monthly stipend during the initial ramp-up period.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build and own their book of business, operate independently, and grow long-term recurring revenue through strong customer relationships and inventory management.
You will travel locally to customer job sites and businesses, providing inventory support directly from your fully outfitted mobile store.
Compensation Structure
26% commission on all revenue generated—no cap
Average reps generate approximately $46,000 in monthly revenue
Monthly stipend available during the initial ramp period (typically starting around $4,000/month and tapering based on territory and existing accounts)
First-month income typically ranges from $500 to $2,500 while the pipeline builds
Unlimited earning potential
What You’ll Do
Develop and grow a defined sales territory
Service customers directly from your mobile store
Build long-term relationships through consistent route-based visits
Manage and replenish on-site inventory for customers
Identify new business opportunities through in-person prospecting
Provide high-touch service and support at customer job sites
Operate independently while managing your own schedule
