What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide high levels of customer service throughout the patient onboarding process for the Omnipod system
Track patient progress in the sales pipeline and document necessary actions
Analyze data insights to prioritize leads and drive business impact
Collaborate with field sales and internal teams to ensure seamless patient experiences
Continuously seek process improvements and provide feedback to enhance sales operations
What is Required (Qualifications)
Associate degree
0-1+ years of sales experience in B2B/B2C or a related field (healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical device, etc.)
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Strong ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively
Proficiency with technology, including CRM systems and MS Office applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of the managed care industry
Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Understanding of insulin pumps and continuous glucose monitors
